Doug Bragg Enterprises Ltd. BGM-3 Gangmower has three mower heads mounted
in a staggered pattern under a tow frame. This mower is available with three
foot or four foot mowing heads, With a cut path of eight foot six and eleven
foot six respectively.
Each head is individually driven by a piston type hydraulic motor. A PTO-shaft
runs from the tractor to a tow frame mounted Gearbox powering a single and
a tandem hydraulic pump which in turn provides the oil supply through a modular
control manifold equally to each motor.
These mowers are used primarily for blueberry bush pruning and field mowing
applications.
